Jowls treatment FAQs

We will assess the extent of the issue, ask a few questions about about your medical history, previous treatments and a few other details. Treatment options will be offered and discussed. We will explain anything you need to know about the jowls treatments offered and their expected outcome.

You may see an immediate lift after each session. This could last cor a couple of days or so. If you do see this the cause will be due to the contraction of your existing collagen.

Longer lasting results won’t begin immediately as it takes some time for new collagen to form.

The pptimal results will appear from three months onwards after you have finished your sessions.

The above timescales are approximate as they will vary from patient to patient.

You may experience redness and/or swelling for up to two days following the treatment. Small scabs may occur on the surface of the skin in the week after your treatment, as may dry and flaky skin. The side effects will dissappear within a week following treatment.

Endymed skin tightening is generally regarded as a relaxing experience. It has been compared to having a hot stone massage by some.
